We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit. Designs of Akron-Canton came in assessed my problem gave me an idea of what should be done what a great price. "Jimmy and his crew were awesome. Due to delays on my end, they were working within a very small window of good weather. They power washed and painted my porch, garage door, awnings, trim and a large portion of exterior siding in 2 days. The crew was polite and professional. I really didn't think they were going to be able to get it all done but they did and it looks beautiful. Jimmy even added extra work that wasn't part of our agreement at no extra cost. "Excellent Service...Ryan and his team came out and gave an estimate within 24 hours of us contacting him and had the new Carrier 120k BTU dual stage furnace and April whole house humidifier installed 3 days later. Communication was great, super competitive pricing, didn't oversell or try to add on long term service contracts. Ryan and crew arrived on time at 7:30am the day of install, completed the work as planned, layed cloths on areas they were waking and clean-up when done.
