"Scott and Bemer were here at my home today to give me an estimate on a large bathroom remodel. The project would also involved changing the drain and hooking up a new gas line. Both gentlemen were very professional arrived at my house five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Communicated with me through text messaging, which is how I preferred so I would know when they were coming. Their pick up truck was visually marked with their logo as well as their phone number. The project will begin probably within a two month range at my request. Based on today’s visit, they will be hired and I will submit another review after the project is completed."

"This team did a great job. A lot of attention to detail as a few additional issues came up through the job (house issues) and the team addressed everything exceptionally! The work team was very courteous and very professional- a pleasure to deal with each day! Very kind and respectful to my mom and my family! They were very neat- cleaning up each day! There were three individual projects and each team came in one after the other without issues! All debris and scrap was removed as soon as the job was complete. The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."

"The person is basically a good worker, but he went on his own and he is not ready for that. He made mistakes that he should not have made. It made him do more work and caused me aggravation. He left damaged tiles on the floor and thought I wouldn't see it, which is silly. He put the wrong toilet then. He did things that were thoughtless, in other words not organized very well. He worked hard and did a nice job of putting in the tiles, but he was not ready to oversee his work. I did make him change the toilet because it was the wrong toilet. I had spent a lot of money on it and it needed to be the right way. He finally saw that and was very upset when I put the stop payment on the check. That was mostly because he did not do the job carefully. The price was competitive."

Ryan and crew arrived on time at 7:30am the day of install, completed the work as planned, layed cloths on areas they were waking and clean-up when done.
