"I observed water stain on ceiling in my laundry room. I called Jaime and asked him to figure out where it was coming from. I had used him successfully in the past to have a storm door installed. He inspected the roof and found that the rubber seal round the vent pipe for the drain had decayed and that's where the water was getting in. He replaced the seal then gave me a roof inspection. He looked at the other vent pipe on other side of house and found the seal was okay but put some caulk on it to make it last longer. He also looked at the attic vents and found that one of them had loose nails, so he nailed it down tight and sealed the nails. He said the rest of the roof looked okay. He is a good guy. Friendly and nice to talk to.

They cheerfully inspected the chimney for my woodstove and explained what they were doing as they worked. After inspection they explained that I really didn't need a cleaning and therefore the price would be less than anticipated. I had them clean the pipe anyway which they did very quickly.
