Great communication, on time, and professional!

Very communicative and followed up with me to set up annual visits scheduled in advance. Friendly, arrived on time and text before 30 min before arrival. He was efficient and showed me the chimney and how it works and shared a video and provided safety tips.

They cleaned the air ducts, my dryer vent, cleaned the chimney, and some repairs to the chimney cap too. They were very professional, gave me some great advice for keeping the chimney in good order, and were very friendly throughout. I was impressed by them and can definitely recommend them.

David was prompt, efficient and charming: a real pleasure to deal with. He did a thorough chimney cleaning, inspection and took photos of the results, which he showed me before leaving. I would gladly recommend him to do follow-up work, not to mention telling all my friends about him. And it took about a half-hour start-to-finish. Bravo.
