He also tuck pointed several areas around the house that I pointed out to him and he also tuck pointed other areas that he saw needing this work done. Bob is very professional. He called me prior to beginning the job to let me know the date and time that he would start. Once he started, he provided me with pictures inside the chimney to show the current condition. In addition to tuck pointing the chimney, he applied a acid wash to clean the effervescence that had built up. He also applied a sealer to the chimney. It took him two days to complete the job. He also corrected me from overpaying him based on our contract. He's a good guy, hard working and very honest. I would definitely recommend him to others."

"Called Popil Roofing regarding a leak I discovered and requested a quote for a repair.  He returned my call the same day and came by that afternoon.  Upon inspection of my roof, he told me I had hail damage and should contact my insurance company.  Thanks to him, I had the roof replaced at a great discount since the skylights, warped wood and shed were not covered by the claim.  He was very busy and was not able to start the job until 6 weeks later.  Ed explained the entire roofing system and showed me samples of the materials he would be using.  Since I was home I was able to observe the entire process and found Ed and his crew to be very professional.  They cleaned up as they worked and you would never know anyone was here.  They did a fantastic job and my roof looks great.  Highly recommend Popil Roofing.  He is an honest, sincere person who really stands behind his product.  I am very pleased with the ridge vent installed.  It is so much better than the one I had before.  I am confident that my roof will stand up to many years of Northeast Ohio weather.

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Our porch ceiling was rotting from water seeping behind the gutter and under the ceiling. Jaime came with one other man and got right to work. He had a bit of difficulty because the size of the old boards were slightly different from the size of the new, but he did the math to figure out exactly how many boards he had to remove to make the old and new match up just right. He installed a metal cap to keep water from getting under the new ceiling, and as of the first rainfall after the work was done, it is doing the job perfectly. He did a good job cleaning up afterwords as well."
