Akron Tuckpointing

This guy took my deposit and never showed up for the job. He kept putting me off making up excuses than I finally just asked for my deposit back. He told me it would take 3 to 5 business days so I waited and again that was a lie. I called him on it and he never responded. I gave him over 1300 dollar deposit and he zelled me 200 dollars for as he stated à ¢à  à  good faithà ¢à  à  money. I am still waiting for the rest of my money ità ¢à  à  s sad that you canà ¢à  à  t trust so called professionals to do what they said they were gonna do. I trusted in the work that I saw on his web page but you never know a personà ¢à  à  s characterà ¢à  à ¦à ¢à  à ¦.

The job was done as asked

The service was great! He fixed our problem and also showed us how to maintain our fire place. Personable, efficient and friendly. Would use again and refer to friends and family.

The contractor had to make 3 trips to my home for the repair. He was late from every appointment but did call. The wrong part was initially ordered. The fireplace was fixed for approximately 6 weeks and is no longer working.

Shawn was on time fir the appointment, and he kept me informed throughout the repair process.

They were very knowledgeable aND CARING THEY ARE TOP FOR ME I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS and family...There is not to many people as nice and caring as those two.

I had Shawn fix my gas fireplace. He was great! Took care to keep everything clean and quickly sobbed my problem. He was great to talk to and explained what the issue was. I have had 3 other people come to fix but he was the only one to take care of the problem. Highly recommend Akron Tuckpointing and I expect anything he does is top notch.
