"I ordered 3 valves (the exact one for your fireplace) customer error sometimes plays a role in starting your fireplace. If the Pilot light goes out and your switch does not work. Sometimes you have to relight it, I would have come relit it if you would have called. I Still will, but have not heard a word. It does not happen often but it is also aggravating to me to take the time to put a valve in and find out I got a faulty one. I'm sorry I had to come back and take up your time. You were only charged for the initial service call and cost of the valve. I don't quite understand the negative review. You should have called me."
