56 Do not hire these guys, they are scammers. We hired them for a tree and stump removal in 2021. They were very communicative in the beginning and worked quickly to take the tree down. They did not remove the stump because it was surrounded by our deck and their grinder could not get to it....
The company never had a service person in our area, and could not recommend anyone for us to call for all 3 of the repairs. We were able to get the repairs completed by using Angie's list to find reputable service. I have had home warranties in the past and this is by far the worst.
iFantastic. We have a huge two level deck that abuts a vinyl sided screened in porch and vinyl siding on the house. There is lattice on the sides of the deck. We had Deck Rescue two years ago to pressure wash and stain the deck. They charged the same amount as last time. They also did...

"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."
