"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

Found out they not only do deck posts, but deck boards, railings, stairs, etc. They replaced a 350 sq ft deck. It looks fantastic and care was taken to strengthen the post railings. "Victor and Steve removed my 36 year old deck and replaced it with a new composite deck. These gentlemen were very professional, precise and polite in the work they performed and I was very pleased with the finished product. Not only were they very skilled but also made sure to take care of any concerns I brought to their attention. They also were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.
