Dealt with a lot of contractors and service people of the last few years and most either never call you back, disappear or don't do what they say they will do or when they say they will do it. For me communication is very important and that is what I got with this company, combine this with great work and showing up on time as well as cleaning up when finished and I am very pleased. I will be using this company again, almost didn't want to leave a review because I don't want everybody using them so I keep them as my own little secret. I wish all the other companies we have dealt with understood how important communication with customers is.

I was very pleased with Phil. He explained my deck problem clearly. He called me with an opening and was able to finish it a week early. Phil left the area completely cleaned up. I am very happy with his service and with the fair price. My former deck guy retired and the company is out of business. I will use Phil for all my deck issues in the future.

Phil was good. He is old school but knows his stuff. So quiet though that there were times I didnâ t even know he was here. There were a few things that was out of his craft but he did credit me for what small things he couldnâ t complete. I will definitely call Phil with CDC again. He repaired the porch post and built a banister with trim and lights. He filled the concrete cracks on the porch and repainted and also built a privacy fence in which I loveâ ¦he also fixed the gate and old fenceâ ¦.all good work.
