23 Do not hire these guys, they are scammers. We hired them for a tree and stump removal in 2021. They were very communicative in the beginning and worked quickly to take the tree down. They did not remove the stump because it was surrounded by our deck and their grinder could not get to it....

Utmost RenovationsExcellent work. We have metal spindles on the neck that would make the work a little more difficult. The spindles look the same. The deck looks fantastic. Nice to see water beading up on it again.

We were able to get the repairs completed by using Angie's list to find reputable service. I have had home warranties in the past and this is by far the worst.
The 2 technicians from Jeff Bonham were fantastic! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Plan to use them again for other repairs we need.

The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome.
