"We've been using New Image for many years. We use them twice a year. It goes from okay to very, very, very good, it depends on the person. We get the fall cleaning and the spring tune up. We started using them many years ago because someone we knew used them. We have some loyalty to them. They're generally very responsive, generally. Their punctually is generally very good. They're generally very professional. There was one office screw up, it was not a major deal, but that was a couple of years ago. I can't remember the exact date, I wasn't home.
