3 years ago, we bought a furnace from another company. From day one the furnace never worked properly. After 3 motors and 1 motherboard, we told the installer we need a new furnace. Through the aid of the ohio attorney General and Jennings heating, we got the original installer to replace the furnace. Jennings was there for us when we needed them and even lent us space heaters when we were being stonewalling by the other company. Even though ultimately they didn't get the sale, they were gracious and extremely helpful in solving our problems. We wish we had gone with Jennings from the beginning as I know we never would have had 3 years of h*** trying to get a good furnace. It is true that you pay for what you get. Jennings has been in business for ovrt 90 years with the current owner having this company for 40 of those years. With such kindness and service, I have no doubt they will remain in business for a long time to come.

Excellent service from Jennings Heating and Cooling. This is my go to company for all my heating, air conditioning, and electrical needs. Always get an email and phone call to let me know they are on their way to the house, and always within the time that has been scheduled. I continue to renew my maintenance agreement which covers the furnace maintenance and inspection in the fall and air conditioning in the spring. All of their technicians are excellent, but special thanks to Jean Palko.

Tim Bowman suspected a gas leak in the furnace, which is still under warranty with a different HVAC company. He could have done the expensive repair himself, but he was honest enough to remind me the furnace is under warranty with the other HVAC company.

Levi our sales associate was cordial and respectful and was able to fit in our furnace replacement asap since we were without heat. Sean, Chris, and Dane the technicians were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We needed a furnace and AC replacement. They got the job done in less than 8 hours and left the work area as clean as a whistle. After they left we realized they had even made a minor repair in our bathroom that they noticed needed done. Very impressed with the whole Jennings operation and highly highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

After looking it over thoroughly Jennings technician Sean Palko got it running and cleaned it. Sean Palko did a great job and did me a great service in explaining my options and cleaning and inspecting my outside unit.
