If you have a legitimate problem, they will point it out & provide FAIR, STRAIGHTFORWARD options for you to consider. Price was fair, team was on time, well organized, and install was perfect! Communication before, during, and after was excellent. If you have ANY needs related to HVAC, TRUST ME, Bernard is the Company you want to contact. If you reach out to them FIRST, you can be assured there is no need to get any second opinions, as you, too, will commit to becoming a customer for life. Over the years I have worked with a number of HVAC contractors for both residential and commercial situations. Bernard Heating & Cooling is the best of the group. Their service people and supervisors are all very knowledgeable and do not attempt to sell you something that you do not need. They have solved some difficult problems and don't quit until the job is completed. Their people seem to enjoy working there that is not true of many other companies.

I had a terrible experience with Bernard’s HVAC. They couldn’t diagnose why my AC wasn’t cooling, wanted to charge me $400 to clean the unit, and couldn’t schedule it for a week. I got a second opinion, and another company quickly identified a coolant leak and fixed it—proving Bernard’s diagnosis and service recommendations were completely wrong. When I called to cancel the cleaning, they still charged me $79 for the incorrect diagnostics.

Excellent service!! Bernard Heating and Cooling was the first to call us back from Angi’s. Our repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our furnace, put the new part in and checked out the rest of the furnace and air conditioner in a couple hours. The pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely call Bernard Heating and Cooling with any other issues we may have in the future!!

This was a free, complimentary "Second Opion" that was AMAZING! As I questioned the annual Spring/Summer tune-up that was performed last week (4/29) by another company, I called Bernard to have a second look. Much happier, much more comfortable with Bernard The serviceman (Jerod) was very knowledgeable and professional. I have already scheduled my Fall/Winter appointment with Bernard!

Bernards installed a new furnace & air conditioning system for me this summer. They were very great to work with. Offered discounts for paying with cash. Informed me about rebates, etc. Always available to answer any of my many questions. Still had issues with one room being hot, they did not just install & say good luck they came back several times trying different options until the issue was resolved! I was impressed & would recommend this company!

I had called because of a smell from my furnace and not only did they find the problem but they took a look at my broken AC after I mentioned it and got me a quote for replacing the two right away. They went ABOVE and BEYOND by helping me replace both systems for a reasonable price and helped me get a humidifier installed too! The technicians they sent out for the install were very professional and quick with their services. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone now!
