GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! Technician did thorough review and test of all 4 a/c units and replaced filters, then immediately emailed me the results in a ticket. After that Steve Smylie, the owner, called to review what was done and explain it better, which I hadn't expected or asked for. He explained they did the a/c portion today and would review the heating portion in December in our bi-annual service. Shortly after that I received the invoice - all on the same day!

Hands down best customer service and work quality. Fare, responsive, and gets the job done to the highest possible standards. They leave their work as a business card for all to see!

Furnace failed. Called them and they sent a technician that afternoon. He checked out the furnace, identified the problem and said it would be an expensive repair and would have a quote in the morning. Meanwhile he showed me how to restart the furnace safely each time it limits off. Suggested I consider a new furnace due to age.

First, Ron Valentino came out to evaluate my situation and then gave me a price. Having had many recomendations from other people, I was comfortable with Smylie doing the work. Cody and Jacob were the two installers and they were great. They were polite, effecient and as I had questions, Cody didn't hesitate to answer them. When the work was completed, Cody explained the operation of the furnace and the new WiFi thermostat. Then, they cleaned up everything and you couldn't tell they were even here, except for the fact that we now have heat!!

My father always used Smylie and so I turned to them first when we woke up to no heat. Initially they weren't sure a technician could come out same day, however, 2 hours later we had a technician come out, diagnosed the problem and we have heat!!

They came out promptly and discovered I didn't have the problem I thought I did. They replaced the hoses on my washer and didn't overcharge me. Definitely keeping them in my speed-dial!
