Everything went exceptionally well. JB was able to arrive at my home ahead of schedule. He gave me a call to make sure that that was alright. JB came to the house assessed the issue and gave me a quote on how much it would cost. I have used JB previously and whenever something is diagnosed he shows me the part that needs to be replaced and explains what the specific issue is.

Excellent work!!! I remember using a company years ago and kept their information. Fantastic! Was told by to other major companies that the draft motor needed to be replaced. JB removed motor and found a dead bug inside which caused the unit not to work. He removed the bug, replaced the same motor and unit came on and works fine. JB is throughly competent, honest and an excellent HVAC technician. He provided the best service I’ve ever received by going above and beyond, getting to root of the problem and minimized my repair cost. Thank you Mr. JB for restoring my faith and trust in humanity. I’m will continue to utilize JB Heating-Air & Refrigeration and I highly recommend their services to everyone. It was very refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. God Bless!

JB Heating & Air Conditioning is great! They sent over Mr. Bailey in less than an hour. He is very skillful, polite, quick, and efficient. He identified the problem right away, made sure I saw exactly what it was, and fixed it. He educated me about safety and a few other things. There was a possible leak that was taken care of. His fee was inexpensive.
Recommendation: A safety device for protection against Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a Carbon Monoxide detector. Every home should have at least 1 detector with an alarm. (It is recommended that each home have 2 detectors with one in the bedroom to allow for a possible faulty detector.) Also, don't forget a fire alarm.
