"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

His entire team showed up ready to work and they were all very respectful of the fact that we were in an office space. A little backstory – we needed carpeting laid + cove base in our office. We went through the entire ordering & installation process with a big box store. Then, at the last moment, that store told us they would no longer be able to install it. We were on a tight deadline to get the spaces done and I called Landan in a panic as one of my neighbors had recommended Krumlauf Floors to me. He came out to assess the project in a timely manner, worked with us on price (we’re a non-profit and he was very understanding and flexible), and got us on the books quickly. Since we were supplying the materials, Landan always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. He recommended the best products for us and everything worked out perfectly. They finished the whole job in 2 days…and it was a big one. Both days, they picked up after themselves, left the spaces pristine, and did GREAT work on the carpeting. I cannot tell you how incredible this team is. They’re great guys who take pride in their work. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for folks who will care about you and leave you with a beautiful end-product. They are the BEST!"
