Contacted Mike the next morning and he was able to come out and take a look later the same day. I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism and knowledge. He had informed me of several things that I was not aware of while using our old system. His pricing was lower than the previous company we had used and I got more bang for my buck! After discussing all with my husband, we decided Ohio Valley Pure Water was the only way to go. We were able to get an appointment a week later for the installation of our new system! Both Mike, the owner and Greg the installer were both very professional and knowledgeable. Can't thank Greg enough, he did an outstanding job while replacing our old system and adding a water filtration system. "I had just purchased a house with water supplied from a well. The iron content and hardness of the water is very high. I run aquariums so I had performed my own water tests. They came out, analyzed the water, and confirmed my own tests. They installed an iron filter, water softener, carbon filter, and (my own supplied) UV system. They were quick to perform the job and were very thorough. The installation looks great, and the water is clear and doesn't leave a residue anymore. They looked at the water lines they removed and they were filled with iron residue. I'm confident I made the right choice."

The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. "I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."
