Best water softener pros near Harrison, OH

"I was in need of a new water softener system and looked on Angie's list for recommendations and saw the outstanding reviews for Ohio Valley Pure Water. Contacted Mike the next morning and he was able to come out and take a look later the same day. I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism and knowledge. He had informed me of several things that I was not aware of while using our old system. His pricing was lower than the previous company we had used and I got more bang for my buck! After discussing all with my husband, we decided Ohio Valley Pure Water was the only way to go. We were able to get an appointment a week later for the installation of our new system! Both Mike, the owner and Greg the installer were both very professional and knowledgeable. Can't thank Greg enough, he did an outstanding job while replacing our old system and adding a water filtration system. I am 100% satisfied with my new water softener and water filtration system and would highly recommend Mike and Ohio Valley Pure Water!"

"Do not often write reviews unless the product and/or service is exceptional. Received several bids for a water softener and water purification systems. This company was the most thorough in analyzing our needs. They analyzed things that the other companies did not do or suggest in order to determine our exact needs. We are very happy with the system!"

Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."
