Contacted Mike the next morning and he was able to come out and take a look later the same day. I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism and knowledge. He had informed me of several things that I was not aware of while using our old system. His pricing was lower than the previous company we had used and I got more bang for my buck! After discussing all with my husband, we decided Ohio Valley Pure Water was the only way to go. We were able to get an appointment a week later for the installation of our new system! Both Mike, the owner and Greg the installer were both very professional and knowledgeable. Can't thank Greg enough, he did an outstanding job while replacing our old system and adding a water filtration system. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional.
