Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. I liked that the company bills by the job instead of the hour; he stopped by the house to evaluate the job; the estimate was free. They responded to my initial request within a few hours; leaving me a voice mail and a text. Dave was professional. He was on time, quickly installed the smoke alarms, and tested them. Afterward, he swept up the debris on the floor before my dogs could walk through it. I have 2 small dogs. He was friendly toward them and they liked him as well. You have to trust their instinct!
