Mike from SimpliGlass was very professional, efficient, and competent. He responded to my request for a Jalousie window repair and came out to look at it. He checked the window and said that he would be able to repair the window crank, as the window was stuck open, and would be able to complete as soon as he had the part in about a week to 10 days. He returned on day 5 and repaired the window for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend SimpliGlass for any Jalousie window repairs that you may have.

Mike aka SimpliGlass LLC did a great job repairing the sliding for my glass shower door. It glides very smoothly now. His price is reasonable for the value received. I will call him again if this problem repeats in future. He is good and easy to talk to. If friends ask me, I will refer him to neighbors and friends.

We had to replace the upper bracket that was faulty and causing the door to make a loud noise when closing the door. Other technicians didn't bother to help and mentioned that instead of changing the bracket I should change the entire shower glass style because my shower glass style will continue to cause me this issue. But mike provided me with the simple option of replacing the bracket and mentioned that once that is replaced the issue will not happen anymore. I appreciate that.
