"Mike was very knowledgeable and courteous about the entire install from laying drop clothes when he worked inside to vacuuming inside and cleaning up anything that was left behind from the old windows and materials from the install of the new windows as well and my husband and I were very impressed with the way the new windows look and how well they work. Karen the salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained what no other company did about how windows are usually made and how they work and what makes windows from Universal so much better than the competition at a reasonable price that added value to our homes equity as well as vastly improving how our home looks inside and out."

From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. "I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. I was able to leave him to do his work so i could get my tasks done also. Exceptional service"
