Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture). The project took 2 full days to complete. After the installation was finished, all construction dust was vacuumed and cleaned up by the installation man. The final project was more then we ever dreamed of."

Dan at Zen Windows was ultra-prompt in answering all of my questions (and I had many), and in providing a quote.  They absolutely refused to take a penny until the job was complete, and we were 100% satisfied.  Tim the installer and his partner arrived exactly when they said they would.  They were truly professional, and they did an amazing job!   They even cleaned up all the area, and left it looking awesome.  The door itself is excellent quality, and we are extremely happy with it.
We got 3 quotes, and Zen Windows was the lowest by over $800!  I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again to install windows needed on other areas of our house.

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"Product Review: First I am a customer. I purchased from Window Nation 2.5 yrs ago. Be VERY CAREFUL... Window Nation will offer you 3 Levels of Windows. I purchased the lowest cost which were explained to me to have similar characteristics as their top of the line but they are JUNK! I paid $5600.00 for 8 Windows.... They Have a Terrible Seal which is KEY when buying a window. The Glass has little to do these days with energy savings its all about the SEAL between the moving panes. The windows I bought are garbage not as good as the builder grade put in this house in the 50's. **Just Wanted** Post something on here so you weren't Snowed by their ads on TV & Radio! Be CAreful, Be Aware! They Charge too much and the Quality is NOT what they say it is!"
