The design consultant (Blake), project coordinator (Retina), installation coordinator (Carley), the installer (Marcelo)- and his helper (Jay), were all very professional and excellent at their jobs. Iâ d also like to give the installer, Marcelo, a BIG shoutoutâ ¦ he could not have been any nicer, considerate, or efficient. He did an EXCELLENT job at installing our floors and included us with all decision making that popped up along the way. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and that he really wants the customers to be happy with it too. And we are HAPPY! The floors look AMAZING.
