"Make sure when your windows are measured, that you request and installation professional and the measurement individual to come together to measure your windows. Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. I had to take off two days and another one for an upcoming window that was miss measured. Excellent quality of Windows however and excellent installation professionals."

I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Inquiry about why did not reveal a personalized discussion why just access to dramatized videos and emails of people who were/could be taken advantage of by other companies. Window wells offered at this price were bottom of the line when compared to other companies products. On line research of windows did not reveal justified price premium for the job. Not sure what the extra money bought other than company stated peace of mind."
