I called Window expo, and they sent Jeff within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Jeff also was so kind to explain how the system worked and showed me how to properly flip the window to clean it. My special note to our customer relationship representative, Angela Kermec, our sales representative, Robert Mocker, as well as the excellent Window Depot installation team. Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."
