"Last year I wanted to install a new digital thermostat in my house. I bought the thermostat I wanted from Amazon. I called Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer to see if they could do this under a Groupon offer. They said they could, so I bought a Groupon For Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for a service call plus one hour of labor. When I called back to make the appointment with Sal's, they said there would be an additional several hundred dollar charge for the thermostat. This was not revealed on the initial call. needless to say, I used a different company. But, I was still stuck with a Groupon that I could not use. So, last week a laundry drain backed up and I thought I would use the Groupon for Sal's. I called Sal's to see if they would honor the Groupon and would be able to do the job. They said yes and yes. When the technician got to the house, he said it would be an additional $350 to clean the drain. Sal's said the Groupon was good only for a house call and 1 hour of troubleshooting. The Groupon says o1 hour of labor. I will never use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer company for anything. I would recommend you NEVER use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for any reason. They are unscrupulous at best!"

Jonathan was very thorough in in the plans, ensured all correct materials, supplies and other requirements were ordered accurately. The team of Dave and Dennis did a fabulous job with the installation. Very skilled, efficient, organized and professional. Jonathan ensured me that the remodel would be finished in 4 days. With the exception of a few odds and ends that had to be taken care of post project, the job was completed in 4 days. I am very happy with the result. I do recommend Hobbs Home Improvement.
