Kris did a great job replacing a broken glass on an old window, and tuning the stiff and stuck windows throughout the rest of the house.

Kris showed up on time, constructed the steps efficiently and well, and cleaned up the sawdust after completion of the job. I am quite pleased with the steps.

The project was affordable. Job went very well. All work looks very nice. The kitchen base with all plumbing, the laminate tile installation was very impressive. The work was done in a timely fashion.

We had a varied list of projects, from small remodeling (removing a standard inside door and replacing it with a pocket door), painting, caulking, and otherwise finishing a bathroom, minor electric, customizing and installing an aluminum outside door ramp, crafting a small inside door ramp, etc. Kris was easy to work with, communication was fast and consistent, prices were good. He consistently came on time and worked through the day. Before he left he checked out several situations on my roof, fixed a small one at no cost because he was up there, and told me I wouldn't need anything further for several years. We all appreciate that kind of honesty. There were several unforeseen issues, as there almost always are in this kind of work, and he creatively and professionally adjusted so that the finished product looked and worked perfectly. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I got very lucky and caught Kris on a day he wasn't able to work on another project due to the weather and he was able to come out the same day I called and even traveled out of his normal service area to our home in Brunswick. He was able to quickly repair some broken shelf brackets in our walk-in closet the same day, did an fantastic job and could not have been a nicer guy to chat with during the whole process. I'd recommend him to anyone!
