Well, they sure didn’t answer me 10% discount and I’m 77. They came out the next day. I realize later I was conned because while I was in the cancer center they claimed to call me asking for payment. There’s nothing on my phone that shows they called me and it gets worse now they’re wanting the whole rest of the 19,000 and they still haven’t come out and completed the job or kept their promises Either. They’re just playing crooks or poorly run.

I've relied on Andy's Statewide to provide semi-annual tune-ups on my HVAC since purchasing the system from them in 2016. Service representaives are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Andy's Statewide added two pounds of R-410A refrigerant and charged $179 dollars a pound. Pricing is ridiculous as R-410A is approximately 30-50 dollars a pound wholesale. I don't mind a markup for the labor etc. but that much is just criminal. Also, they had to come back to the house because the tech forgot to put the fuses back in the unit after the tune-up.

Have had problems with the the system since installation. The AC could not be tested because the system was installed during cold weather. The AC was checked that summer. There was no check for refrigerant leaks. The AC system had problems the next season. The system had a refrigerant leak in the A-coil which is inside the furnace. The labor portion of the warranty was up at time. Was charged $700+ for the repair. Since that repair the AC system makes a loud noise at startup. Tech came out and could not make the noise happen at that time. He said he would make a note to come back out at another time. The note was never put on record. Stuck with a problem from coil installation. Andy's wants to charge me again and again.

Excellent service every time we call. We have been using Andy's Statewide for 20 years. They are on time, priced reasonably but the service is what stands out. Their technicians are friendly and offer tips that are helpful. One of them even gave me her little PVC gadget to blow out any debris that gets caught in the drain tube. Saved me from future nuisance service calls and money !

Did the special on the furnace tune-up and found out our 18-year old system was leaking carbon monoxide. They came and did the installation next day and Ryan was great. They thoroughly explained everything they did and walked me through the new Nest thermostat they installed. Filed all of the rebates and new warranty paperwork for us and cleaned up before they left. A true professional job and I'd hire again.

Dennis Stempien, Serivce Technician from Andy’s Statewide did our furnace service this morning. It took about 40 minutes for him to perform the inspection and service. He was very polite and respectful. He answered all my questions with patience. He also advised me about possible water leak from my air conditioner coil that I need to attend during summer as he saw some rust on the furnace floor. Overall, I am extremely happy with his professional work and customer oriented attitude and would highly recommend him and Andy’s Statewide for heating and air conditioning service work.

The furnace went out on a Saturday and I had called another furnace company but that would not be able to get furnace in until the following week. I couldn’t wait that long as my 80 something year old mom lives with me and gets cold. So I called Andy’s statewide and they were able to send someone out on Tuesday. By Friday we had a new furnace and a great price and a great guarantee. Love these guys.

Once the parts arrived, they were able to come out and get it taken care of. The price was a little high, but they came down a few dollars because of the delay. Service was excellent, but the delay was frustrating. Would have liked better communication during the delay face.
