He knew right away the nuances of our situation having an older house with sewer, water, and gas lines very close together. After choosing to work with Eand B Wooley contacting Heath for the follow-up items on scheduling and additional questions was a breeze. Heath gave us an estimated work time and called 48 hours prior to re-confirm. He handled everything - the permits, materials etc.
The day of the repair Heath and the guys (John and Nick) showed up on-time and got to work right away. Within the minutes the trench was 6' deep. Within 3 hours they had replaced 13' of pipe, retrieved a broken snake left by the previous service company, back filled the trench, and had cleaned up the work area.
Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.
