"I had a bat come in the house early January. I knew I had bats in my attic over the summer and concerned they were hibernating in my attic. I contacted thru home advisor and promptly received a callback. Easy to schedule a day for them to come and ck out the issue. 2 crew members came and went into the 2 attic accesses and ck outside the house, here about an hour. No bats and birds in attic, but the attic had multiple nests, messes from birds and bats!
