"Because of my experience with Perfect Peace Pest Control and Mr. Freemen, I am certain to contact Angin for help with future projects. Based on my initial phone contact with the company, I felt comfortable; it was evident from his professionalism that I was already respected as a potential customer. Upon meeting Mr, Freemen my initial impressions were confirmed. He quickly assessed the situation and offered suggestions on ways to get rid of the unwanted home invaders. He came prepared to begin the work. That was great! I have a friend who has for years utilized businnesses associated with Angi and she has always been very satisfied with them. I just wish I had followed her lead. It could have lessened the disappointments and frustrations I hendured. I must also express appreciation for the representative who responded to my call and very quickly identified a number ofcontractors who had the expertise, She offered five suggestions. Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.
Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"
