"Exterminator arrived and searched around and underneath plants for the nest. He was confident that the yellow jackets were no longer there and didn't charge me for the visit."

"Access Ohio Wildlife Services were life savers! Once I called they came out within a few days, we had a nest in our dryer vent. They were professional, kind, and quick! All of which I appreciate! I highly recommend them and appreciate the good energy."

"We hope the work they did here will be permanent (for bird/bat control). The rep was courteous and helpful. Not sure about the value for the money - less than an hour of work for over $700 seemed a bit high. If it works, well worth it, though!"

"Randy was amazing! We had a bird get into our fireplace for the second time in four months. We thought we had the problem fixed back in March by the fireplace company we hired, but that's not the case. I called Randy at 8am and he was at my house at 11am. He knew exactly what the problem was and put wire around the gap and was done in 15 minutes. He also took time to look above my garage because I was paranoid we had animals all over the house now. He also checked the outside of the house to make sure there were no other ways animals could get in and showed me where the previous owners had patched a place where a raccoon likely had access to above the garage. I appreciated how helpful he was and how he fixed the problem! Hopefully we're done with birds for good!"

"Brian & Tyler were on time, courteous & very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions & showed me the bait boxes, where they were placed & how it works. Have used Greenix for 5 yrs for pest control & needed to add rodent control due to increased activity & to prevent home damage."

"Wagers worked very hard and promptly to get the issue resolved. If I had a question they answered it with a professional and honest answer. They are quick to respond back if anything arises and go the extra mile to help satisfy the situation. All of the employees are professional and work to insure the best service possible. I would recommend Wagers Wildlife Removal to everyone that needs assistance with animal removal."

"I had a bat come in the house early January. I knew I had bats in my attic over the summer and concerned they were hibernating in my attic. I contacted thru home advisor and promptly received a callback. Easy to schedule a day for them to come and ck out the issue. 2 crew members came and went into the 2 attic accesses and ck outside the house, here about an hour. No bats and birds in attic, but the attic had multiple nests, messes from birds and bats! Probably a squirrel or two had been there too, so a big toxic cleaning and removal needed to be done, 2 exclusions screens replaced, and remove/replace insolationin areas. They took notes etc and estimate would be emailed to me. The men were very professional and knowledgable. Rec'd estimate next day and hired them.Overalll, professional crew. I felt comfortable having them in my attic for 4 hours, cleaning the mess made by bats and birds! Crew was on time and cleaned up afterwards. Of course I had hoped to pay less, but really had nothing to compare it too. I'm happy and glad that I had them take care of it. I was assured if I suspect any critters they would happily come and ck it out again!"

"I had used the service previously to help with a hornet nest in a wall. I was pleased with his work and that is why I contacted The Wildlife Specialist first. Kenneth was very clear about what he could do for me to help with my groundhog problem and what the cost would be. He was on time, polite and kept his schedule checking the traps daily. When he needed to remove animals he was quick to get here and careful when removing them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again."

"The workers were dependable and so far the squirrel has not returned. May be a little overpriced."
