Excellent work. Technician Jordon was here on time, explained the procedure he would use to remove a hornet nest, and precautions to take afterwards. We negotiated the price, then Jordon completed the job in just a few minutes.

Went well. Mike visited our home and gave clear explanation how the rats could have entered home and provided a solution.

Excellent experience all around. Needed a hornets nest removed. I sent in a request through the Angi site on Sunday night, had a response by Monday AM, and the work was finished by early Wednesday afternoon. The technician, Jordan, was friendly, informative, professional, and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Bobby was awesome! Inspected my home. Provided the necessary information for me to make the right decision for my treatment.

Bobby inspected the house especially the basement and outside the house as I showed him the trouble spot where there was a swarm of ants. He was personable and transparent about what the process would be and the exact chemicals to be used. The environmental and health impacts were very important to us as our pet dog had recently been diagnosed with cancer. We had been resigned that there would be toxic chemicals involved. Bobby was very open to talking about it and showing us what would be used. It turned out there would be a very dilute spray of fipronil the main ingredient of the pet flea and tick preventative Frontline that would be sprayed around the outside of the house. This seemed to be as non-toxic as one could hope for so we went ahead. Booby immediately performed the treatment. The application was guaranteed and if it didn't work within 7-10 days I should call them and they would come back out. 5 days later all the ants were gone! It seems the work done was a bit pricey, but Bobby came out within 2 days of my contacting the company, everything was guaranteed and I don't know what the competition charges. And very importantly it was effective.

David came in and did an amazing job. He was courteous and contentious - listening to all the issues I had throughout my apartment. But that's not all! He inspected and identified the types of creepy crawlies running rampant in my apartment and prescribed an individualized treatment for them. Compared to other experiences I've had (knock, no words, spray, leave... thanks I guess?), this wasn't just a home run - it was a GRAND SLAM!!

The service provider was knowledgeable and able to explain everything! The company was super responsive and I have called since, they are very helpful an friendly.

During installation of solar panels, installer noted tunneling in attic insulation. Called 1st Response and set up an appointment. They came out and did an inspection and found minor signs of mice in the attic. They set out 3 bait stations in the attic + 2 in the garage + 2 in the basement. Included in the initial price is a return trip a couple of weeks later to check the stations. Came back out and found minor eating in one of the baits in the attic (replaced this bait). Bait should be good for 12-18 months. As part of their service they include return visits at no charge if problems are still noticed within 60 days. Personnel were very professional, instructive, on time and polite.

Technician came out and sprayed nest entrances and all yellow jackets in the nest were dead within 72 hours. No more yellow jackets in house! Treatment worked exactly as advertised and 1st Response was able to do same day service! Would hire again without hesitation.

Great experience from start to finish. I needed quick service as the infestation was holding up new gutters being installed. !st Response was able to get a technician out the very next day. When Chris arrived (on time), he explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. The estimate I was given over the phone was a bit more than what I actually paid which was a welcome surprise. Will use 1st Response again as needed.

Chris arrived within the time window and assessed the inside area where we were seeing activity. He explained what they could do to address the current situation and also the option of going with a scheduled program. He was very low pressure and let us decide. I very much appreciated this fact as many sales guys are very high pressure. It's only a few days but all clear. Very professional and I found out that a neighbor also uses 1st Response and highly recommends.

It was absolutely wonderful! Chris and Jeff did an amazing job, and it was done within an hour. My husband and I are absolutely happy with the work done. They went above and beyond and cleaned EVERYTHING!
