  This took a process of months and months. Nothing about it was easy. At first I was understanding because of covid, but once they showed up missing 3 windows during the initial install day (after I had master measurements taken by their pro which was a completely different appointment) because they were the wrong size I realized it’s the company itself. It took a total of 3 different install days which were weeks and months apart for all of the work to be completed. I was told the windows that were measured wrong would be front loaded which obviously did not happen. I was also left with no contact number because the original team lead retired and I wasn’t notified nor given any other contact leaving me to call the general hotline number to see when the additional work would be completed. The second install time they sent me ripped screens creating a whole other appointment day for me to deal with once again. During this time I was contacted several times to pay in full even though the work was not yet completed. Hands down I wish I went with a different company. I NEVER write reviews. This company needed one

  I can’t recommend John Desborough and his team more highly. They completed a flooring project in a kitchen in December, on time and on budget. I’m still genuinely marveling at the outcome. My family and friends are marveling, too. The work is beautiful. This was a challenging project for a porcelain tile installation. Because John is a general contractor and tile is a specialty of his, he rose to the challenge and executed skillfully. John is an excellent manager, he’s personable and flexible and an outstanding communicator. He and his team are clearly highly skilled and experienced. They demonstrated attention to technical and aesthetic detail, the marvelous outcome speaks for itself. I am very grateful to him and his team for the planning and for the detailed execution of this project. My rating for this project is A+. Thank you

  Everyone was polite and on time. Site was pressure washed well before work started and again when completed. Brick sidewalk was repaired. Not satisfied with quality of mortar work, looks sloppy. For the high price I paid, and their own testimonial of their work; I expected much higher quality than what I received, even after they reworked the main section.
