"They showed up for the installation on time, carefully unloaded the new unit without mishap, and moved it to the installation site on the side of the house. They then proceeded to dismantle the 18-year old unit and start the installation. They worked efficiently and carefully, getting the new unit ready. After checking all connections, they started up the new unit, and we had a new, energy efficient A/C unit! Thanks for being caring, friendly, and professional with the whole process!"
