The work was done in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable. I had an estimate given and met. The manager and workers (receptionist, mechanic) were all helpful and efficient. The waiting room and restroom were tidy and clean. I was offered coffee and muffins, and magazines and newspapers were provided in the waiting room.

They took the car right away and fixed it the same day. They fixed all the issues and the car started functioning much better. I have never had a problem since. They were very, very good and did a great job. I have no complaints about them.

Oil pan gasket was replaced to fix an oil leak (oil pan also needed to be replaced). Unfortunately, the oil leak was slightly bigger than before the repair. MS Performance handled the problem flawlessly. Steve had me bring the car back in and they replaced the new gasket at no charge and no hassle! Kathy later said they tried to save me some money the first time by using a less expensive gasket but it's quality was less than stellar (and they won't be using them anymore). This time they used the more expensive gasket (and DID NOT charge me the difference) and it worked like a charm. No more oil on my driveway (HURRAY!). Hats off to Steve and the MS Performance crew for their honesty and integrity.

Excellent experience. I've had three or four visits to MS Precision Automotive and they've all been wonderful. Steve and Mike run an honest shop that does quality work at a very reasonable price. It's a 30 minute out-of-the-way drive for me but well worth it!
