Everything was okay but they were a little bit expensive.

No problems with oil change. On previous visit repaired a tire air leak.  Tire was damaged in the process of repair but was replaced without any question.  Dealer was totally up front accepting responsibility.

They seem to have as good a price as anyone. The service is generally pretty good. Out of chain auto stores, they are probably as good as any.

I have used them three or four times. I would use them again.

They have WiFi in the waiting room, they give free drinks to people like they want to make you feel comfortable, they would reserve 2 tires if you need to come back and get new tires, those are the few things that I liked about them. I think the price was pretty good. There's a few times where I wasn't the one and they prioritize people.

They even gave me a discount.  I have had two cars, I have been using their services for the past two years, and it has always been very professional.  They are very good people and they have very good service.  They are very prompt.  They return my vehicle in the time they mention.  I can even wait there, they offer refreshments and it is very comfortable waiting there.  They always exceed my expectations.

They have generally been very fair and informative. They tell me what they recommend and why. I have questions on if it needs to be done or if it could wait. They will be honest. I have never had a problem with the quality of work. They are very professional. They are pretty timely. There have been times where they have had trouble getting the part, so they would call me to let me know that it would take longer. They have also told me they don't know how long it will take until they get in there, but if there was an issue they have told me it would be longer. I haven't used anyone else in such a long time to compare their prices, because they have been so convenient to me.

Conrads labor rates are some of the highest around (outside of the auto dealers). They tried to charge me 2x the cost of the parts needed to repair my Mazda. When I questioned them about the high cost of the parts and explained I could walk into the same NAPA auto parts store they were going to get my parts from and pay 1/2 the price they had quoted me, they refused to adjust their parts prices. I had AAA tow my vehicle to Leo Lucks in Rocky River and saved about $150.00+ on the repair.

I appreciated the professionalism I recieved from the service staff. I dropped the car off in the morning, recieved a call from the manager early in the afternoon informing me of the additionally recommended service and the price estimate. I agreed to the service and picked the car up an hour later. They did good work, and did it well.

They are good. I think that they have good customer service. They will not try to sell you the most expensive products. I went with mid-range tire and they were fine with that. They were pretty honest. Their prices aren’t the best but they are good. I spent about $600 on the tires. I will use them again in the future.

We needed to replace a tire on a new car that had a hole in the sidewall. The tire had 2000 miles on it and was so new that no one around had it in stock but was willing to order it with a week lead time. Conrad's not only located the 19" Michellin tire and had it installed the next day, but also had the best price. The staff was very helpful and also sold me road hazard on all 4 tires. I have used this Conrad's before for brakes, tune ups, etc and I have had great experiences throughout. This is a great auto maintenance shop that is straight forward and honest. This is true reflection of the employees at this store.

The quality and price was fine. The overall experience was fine.

We use Conrad's since our warranties on our cars has expired. They have done basic service and installed new tires for us. The only thing they didn't do was reset the computer on my car. I finally had to call OnStar to recalibrate my computer. That was the only thing that was a little frustrating. I will be using them again.
