Everything went well except for some scratches on baseboard and c Wall. Also I never received a receipt for my payment

We had a sudden asbestos issue arise after 9 p.m. on a Thursday evening and had to vacate our home. I contacted Great Lakes Contracting that night and couldn't believe when Brian Donelon returned my call at 10:30 p.m. By Friday morning, he was at my home, took samples of the questionable materials, and had test results back to me within less than 48 hours. Then, when I had to have my house abated and remediated, I contracted with Brian and Great Lakes -- he and his team arrived when scheduled to do so and completed the job expertly. Having asbestos found in the house is unnerving, but because of the thoroughness and professionalism of Donelon and his Great Lakes team, I and my family felt safe re-entering the house, I can't say enough good things about Brian Donelon and Great Lakes Contracting and the work they did for me.

Fantastic Service and Quality Work.

The experience working with Brian and the crew, Cedric, Robert, and Jimmy, was easy and professional. Brian came out to see the space, talked through several questions with us, and we were also able to hire the company to remove some of the wall plaster for us while they were doing the job. After removing the ceiling some asbestos coated pipes were found and they were able to remove the asbestos from those, too, for a reasonable additional price for the additional work. Communication was clear and easy, responses rapid, and prices comparable for the service. Would hire again!
