Tenacious Floors

Both the owner, Shannon Alexander, and his assistant, Melvin (Moe) Lee, spent six days professionally refinishing original hardwood floors that had been subject to decades of various stains and carpet glue. They seamlessly repaired gaps between original floors and entry ways, sanded, stained and coated the entire flooring with two coats of polyurethane. The result is spectacular! My 1929 home feels cozy and authentic with Early American oak floors. They started and completed the job as contracted, consulted me every step of the way, and were both professional and courteous. An absolute Dream Team!

Shannon provided me a quote to finish the job on the spot and he and his team were on-site the following week as promised. Shannon is an excellent communicator and kept me informed via phone call and text messages throughout the entire process. He and his team came on time, every time and treated my home as if it was their own. The quality of work is excellent. They took their time and did it â rightâ without prodding or supervision. Shannon has followed up with me several times after the job was completed to make sure there werenâ t any issues discovered post completion.
