The service was for a resident at my apartment complex that I manage, and they were very happy how well and thorough their couch was cleaned. It was fast service easily scheduled and Don was very kind to work with.

Restore the carpet to, you know, light color, like it was before, not perfect, but you know, we were not expecting that. When he was finished, we had left for a couple of hours because he said it needed two to 3 hours to We came home. It was still soaked. The spots and stains where he said he treated were even more visible than before he even touched the carpet. And I had sent him photos. I said, Can you please explain this to me? He said that was the dirt lifted or the stain lifted from the carpet. And I said, Okay, well, how do we get rid of it? And he said once it dries in, it will go away. Well, then he told me two to three days. So we went from two to 3 h to two to three days to dry. Well, the next day, we decided to take our little spot remover that we would use before we had the carpet cleaned, and the amount of filthy water and disgusting water that was lifted. From those areas, it proved to me that nothing was cleaned. It appeared that his process basically didn't remove any dirt, and it basically dispersed the to the dirt I'm up to the house.

Don does an outstanding job . No fuss no muss, very efficient. Communicated timely, adjusted time frame last minute . Couldn’t be better ! Good value

Don was very through even though I had some tough stains. He had to clean up three years of having a dog from a pupply. I'm a satisfied customer.

He uses a special formula and way to clean and sanitize carpets and really does a good job. I had him for carpets and hanging curtains last year.

Although Donna is a nice guy, and I am sure he worked very hard, I am not happy with the carpet cleaning results. There is dirty debris all over the carpet and stairs which we?ll have to try to vacuum up.

He came on ti.me and did an expert job. He uses a specialty cleaner that is safe for all animals. AND PEOPLE If you have pets... Use Don! .

Don was wonderful from the first time I called him and he did an excellent job on my carpets and even cleaned a chair That I thought would never come clean he is a miracle worker..I am always nervous about having technicians come to the house when I’m home alone but Don was so nice and so personable I felt totally comfortable. I will definitely be using him again and referring him to other people.. thanks Angie’s list for putting me in touch with him and thank you Don for doing such a wonderful job!

I would never recommend Don's carpet restoration. Unfortunately, Don was extremely unprofessional and did not clean my baby's nursery properly. I hired him after my baby had thrown up on the carpet. I told him where it happened and even offered a hand to move the armchair that he was supposed to clean around, but he said he could handle it. I could only see on the next day that the chair was still smelling bad and also that a huge stain was left under it. When I sent him a picture of that, he first said he would go back to do the job properly, but then changed his mind and told me to clean it myself. I was distraught and frustrated after having paid $300 for the poor service he provided.

Don responded quickly and was able to provide service within a week. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I would use him again, and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their carpets or upholstery cleaned.

I have new carpets again! Don really knows carpets! I have had the carpets cleaned by many other cleaners in the past and they have never looked this good. He was punctual and he is a hard worker. It cost a little more than I expected; but with the price of everything these days, and for not having them cleaned in more years than I care to admit, I know it was worth it. My 20-year old carpets look new again! I highly recommend him. He is returning to clean 2 Turkish throw rugs which have not been cleaned in a long while and to check on how well everything dried overnight. The carpets were cleaned, sanitized, and a protectant applied. When he arrived, my carpets were stained and very tired looking. He has saved me the cost of having to purchase new carpeting. I was very happy with the results.

Don was on time, did a great job, and charged a fair price. I will not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
