"John picked up the three room sized wool rugs that I wanted cleaned. He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery.
