Kenn’s Jet Steam Carpet Cleaning

Wonderful. We had a sick pet and thought the carpet was toast. They brought it back to life, looked and smelled beautiful. I watched as they carefully hand cleaned the cushions on our sectional.

The carpets look almost brand-new. The Scotch Guard treatment has been keeping them clean.

Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." I will use him again and tell others about his company.

Awesome. Great people that do outstanding work. They were on time, professional and very friendly. Fair price for an outstanding job. They vacuumed everything extremely well, spot cleaned and the cleaned everything. Will definitely use again!

The experience with Keith was great from start to finish. I contacted Keith a few days before I would be in town to prepare our single-family home to re-rent. The dirt on the carpets from the previous tenants was horrible, and we assumed they would need to be replaced. I explained how dirty the carpets were when speaking with Keith, especially the stairs, and he was confident he could get them clean. Keith and his son were on time and got right to work. In addition to cleaning the carpet, he also used spot stain remover and a deodorizer. The difference was amazing. The stairs looked brand new and the carpets throughout the rest of the house looked great as well! He provided me with a quote up front, and kept to his word when the work was done - and I thought the price for the work was more than fair. I will hire him again should I have any further carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Our plush pink wall to wall carpets hadn't been cleaned for years. There were many extra dirty spots, and areas where dog had urinated. The 2 gentlemen took their time, pret-reating all, and methodically cleaned all, while moving furniture away and back.
Polite and professional. A family owned business for many years- it showed!
Would recommend them to everyone!

Keith and Tyler were on time, professional and pleasant. They did a great job and also offered if we were not happy after it tried that they would come back. Very good work guys!

The rooms had stains from pets - some of which were old and which I was unable to remove in the past.  Two men quickly and efficiently cleaned the areas and actually were able to remove some of the stubborn stains.   I was very satisfied with the results.

They arrived on time.  We were pleased that they got stains out we had not been able to.  The carpets look great.  They took time to keep things clean.

The cleaners arrived right on time.  They checked out the job, confirmed they had the correct pricing, walked through what they would be doing, and then got to work.  They cleaned all the carpets and chairs, and did a good job.  They couldn't get all of the staining out of the carpet, but I would say some of it was beyond recovery.  The bad odor of the dogs was gone when they were done and it is still acceptable.  I would recommend.

They did a pretty good job. I thought the guy was very nice. He tried to get some of the spots out. I didn't think the cleaning lasted very long. I thought he did a reasonable job though.

OUTSTANDING service both technically and in professional, courteous, and punctual (including a heads-up call prior to arrival) contact by the two assigned service technicians. The price was exactly as quoted. The carpets were like new after 2.5 years with three dogs. The service technicians spent nearly two hours working with great attention to detail of the job at hand. were very knowledgeable about the different carpets and spot-removed stains including those that I was never even aware of, that pre-existed our ownership of the house (nearly microscopic paint splatters) at no extra charge. And did I mention that they saved the day on the same day of my call for service after another service bailed on their commitment, on the last day before we moved out of the house? This is a FIRST CLASS operation! They stayed as long as it took to get it done, and done right.
