There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional.
