"My neighbor pointed out to me on the weekend that the pine tree in my back yard was leaning precariously toward my house. When I looked I could also see that the roots on the back side of the tree were up and out of the ground. I called Tree Images on Sunday. Eric and I spoke several times, He called back later in the day and assured me someone would be out Monday between 8am and 8:30 am to look at the tree and if I accepted the estimate they would come that afternoon and remove it. Monday morning Tony showed up exactly on time. He confirmed the tree was a problem and gave me an estimate which I accepted. 3 hours later the crew arrived to remove the tree. They hauled everything away and cleaned up after themselves. This experience was amazing! I felt it was an emergency, but I also knew we now had a "Stay at home" order. Eric couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, reassuring and professional! He assured me that Tony and the crew would work carefully and abide by the state restrictions. Everything was done just as he had said. I am truly grateful for their work and especially respect that they were willing to do the work under the current circumstances. I applaud Tree Images for an exceptional experience. Thank you so much!"

"Adam showed up to look at the job right on time. I had 3 very large tall trees that needed to fall he looked very confident that it would not be a problem. We estimated the tree were close to 100 ft tall.Gave me a reasonable price. Set a date. He showed up right on time him and his brother got out some very nice gear and went to work. All 3 of these trees would have easily took out my house. They climbed the trees and hooked up rigging and carefully cut the tops out of these trees and then dropped them right where they planned. It was awesome. They were a pleasure to work with. I can not say anything bad. I am very satisfied and would recommend pro landscape services to everyone. David Horn"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Ensures complete removal and mitigates risks of underground root damage.

Any cutting of tree roots can hurt or kill a tree, which is why it's recommended you don’t do it unless the roots are damaging or invasive on a nearby structure like your home. You should never cut more than 15 percent of above-ground tree roots at one time. If you have any questions about cutting tree roots, contact your local arborist.

You can start your search for a reputable arborist online by looking for professionals who hold the proper licensing and are fully insured. Next, read through some online reviews to see what kind of service the expert brings to the table, and confirm that they don’t have a history of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Finally, you can ask the professional for a list of references and then call them to ask questions about the service, professionalism, value, and more that the expert brings to the table.

You will know that an oak tree needs to be removed when you see vertical cracks or dead branch stubs, which indicate internal decay. Other signs include trunk rot near the base of the tree and sprouts or small branches coming from the trunk.

Palm trees will not regrow from a stump once the tree has been cut down. This type of tree is unique because the root and stump system will slowly decay after the tree is gone, unlike other species that can regrow. That’s why it’s preferable to remove dead or decaying palm tree stumps quickly as they can become an eyesore and don’t offer future growing potential.
