Services we offer
We offer a unique water purification system for the whole house that is customized to your water situation and needs. We also offer an R.O. (reverse osmosis system) drinking water system designed for maximum water cleaning efficiency with no operating cost, except periodic filter changes. We also will service our competitor's units as well as sanitize the units as needed. Any and all of Hague warranty work as well. We also can do filter change outs on R.O.s.

I have a 34 yr old water softener that was rebuilt almost 20 yrs ago and felt it needed to have the resin replaced. I contacted numerous companies, most of which told me it needed to be replaced without even seeing it. I spoke with Perry Lombardo at Royal Water Co who said he would replace the resin at what I found to be a reasonable fee. When Perry came to my home, he asked why I wanted to replace the resin. I stated that it was nearly 20 yrs old and didn't feel my water was as soft as it had been. He tested my water and found it to be at a sufficiently soft level. He checked the water softener and informed me that I didn't need to replace the resin but gave me the option. I chose not to have the resin replaced and asked what I owed him. I was astounded when he said there was NO charge. In this day and age, rarely do you encounter a company this honest. I will not hesitate to call Perry at Royal Water Co for my future water softener needs.

Denis was very responsive and professional from the time to first came to the house to test the water to when he finished installation. Based on my needs, he even recommended the cheapest option. When installation time came he was punctual and charged me less for the installation than he initially quoted because he said it was less complicated than he thought it would be. That's unheard of and shows his character. I would recommend and use Denis again in a heartbeat.

Perry and Denis were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job explaining their system and what we needed. The installation was efficient and they cleaned up the work area-I couldn’t tell they had even worked there. Stellar customer service, I have no doubt their follow-up will be the same. A company of integrity. I definitely recommend anyone needing any type of water filtration give them a call.

Perry and his partner visited my home to do a sales pitch. The plugged in their demonstration equipment which promptly the outlet! They plugged it into another outlet and that one stopped working as well! We had to call an electrician to replace the outlets. Perry offered $250 off a water softener or a check to cover the cost. The electrician only cost $123, so I submitted the paid invoice to Perry for reimbursement of just $123. He now refuses to reimburse me for the damage he caused!!! Perry is a liar, has deceptive business practices, and YOU SHOULD NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOUSE! HE WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME AND REFUSE TO FIX IT!

"I explained to the customer if the electrician could undeniable say that the equipment we use ( which is a 1.5 amp fish pump to pump water through a filter for comparison ) did indeed corrupt the outlet I would gladly pay for the part and the service. Upon speaking with the electrician it was decided that the 9 year old GCFI outlet had run its course and it just was coincidental that it went out on our visit. The customer had said they have been having electrical problems since they have moved into the house. I feel for this person but there is no evidence to substantiate that our equipment did cause this problem we have been using it on other water test with no problems what so ever. GCFI don't last forever. I did offer a $250 discount off the water treatment system if installed as a good faith gesture, but after dealing with this I have taken that off the table, sometimes you just have to take your loses and move on. My company has many happy and satisfied customers, customers that have the best service and the cleanest water bar none. Unfortunately this customer will not benefit from this GREAT SERVICE that we provide and will have to find it, if possible from somewhere else. I think this is what she is probably the most upset about. I did see where she gave us an F grade but she isn't a customer, so this should not reflect on our service to the many happy customers we do have.... We still have an excellent rating and will continue to give outstanding service."

I cannot praise this company enough for the work they did for me. My water was HARSH before the Water Max system was installed. Now I have bottled water coming from my tap. Yes the system is expensive, but I would NOT go back to the water I had before the system was installed. They are a prompt and professional company.

We had Royal Water install a Hague Watermax Softener in our new home. We had one in our last home and it was a great water treatment system. The new model has done the same magic in our new home. Only slight negative in the whole process has it has more than doubled in price in the last 15 years. That did not stop us, but it was a surprise.

Perry the owner was so nice and accommodating. He explained everything in detail and took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and why. My old system was completely broken and we decided to put in a new one. I feel completely confident that the guarantee is good and that Perry stands behind his products.

Perry Lombardo was very helpful with diagnosis my issue with my old water softener. I cross-checked with the manufacturer and got the same answer. Since there was no good fix for my old softener, I asked Perry for recommendations. I also called another company to check on a potential alternative softener - they offered little information and the price was slightly more, so the decision to go with Royal Water Company was a no brainer - good service and good price.
Perry came out the following week and installed my new softener. Thorough,professional, and left no mess.

I called a couple places and Perry was helpful right from the beginning. We had a very old water softener that was not worth repairing. We had a new unit installed and Perry was professional in every way. He was punctual, honest and explained everything before completion. He also repaired our reverse osmosis system for a minimum amount. Within a week, we had a question and he came right over to double check things at no charge. Thank you Perry.

Perry was great! He spent a lot of time troubleshooting to figure out exactly what could be going on. He found that the brine tank was just too far from the softener and the water pressure wasn't high enough to get to it. We moved the tank and he helped me fix the R/O water tank as well. I would definitely recommend!

I called Royal Water Company and spoke to Perry yesterday 12/15/16, he was very nice and very helpful. He came out the very next morning 12/16/16. At 11:00 and I explained what happened and he went right into checking my system over and did the much needed repairs and got my system up and running and only took an hour. My system is 12 years old. He was very professional and I appreciated his expertise. Thank you so much for fixing my water softener so I now will have soft water again. Also, I will now have him come out yearly for maintenance. Thanks again. God Bless You, Perry.

We purchased an Angie's List deal because we just moved into a home with a water softener and we didn't know anything about it (or if it was/wasnt working). First, I have to say the Perry is dedicated to his customers!!! He went above and beyond to tune up our archaic system that was in face not currently working. He managed to clean and investigate everything, including finding and fixing some of the reasons the softener had not been working. He was extremely professional the entire time and made every effort to get our 20 yr old system up and running. We are not sure how long our current system will last, but Perry brought it back to life, and we are appreciative. If this one fails, we will look to Perry for a future system.

Our was to be sold in 2 days. Perry put us as his top priority to get it fixed, as the people wanted immediate occupancy. He went back to his office, and removed the valve we needed from a new system. Unfortunately, the computer board was wet, and he had to replace it. He worked with jour realtor and got it in for the new owners. He worked hours trying to save the computer. A+ for effort. Very professional and kind. Offered to give us all our money back on a new system for our new home.
