Customers say: True professional

"both front and backyard. I had Mario's Landscaping work on my yard since I had injured both my back and hip. They did everything I asked and with professionalism and all the workers were extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that asks and I have other projects for my yard that I will be having them back."

"I had my lawn treated on July 1. I have been disappointed as I have a lot of weeds and crabgrass etc throughout my yard as well as a lot of brown spots. My sprinkler runs every other day and I only cut grass every 7 days and have the mower set at ~3.5. I spoke to the technician Aaron today and he said treating lawns have been a challenge this year. With the dry weather last year and wet spring they now have changed treatment for the lawns. It would have been nice for you to acknowledge that the previous treatment was not working and you were trying to be proactive with future treatments(even though the RX that I need today based on Aaron?s assessment is not in the truck). He did offer to come back with that tx. We get a lot of phone calls trying to upscale your services and it is frustrating when the current services are not meeting my lawns needs."

"I had the first cut today, did a much better job than my last service. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and for him it's not about how much to charge but how good it looks. I really appreciate that. So happy Justus has become my new lawn professional. Thanks again for a great job. Vicki"

Lawns questions, answered by experts

Professional services offer efficient, safe waste and junk removal, ensuring legal compliance and environmental responsibility. Professionals handle items systematically, disposing of them properly or recycling, which contributes to clutter reduction and enhanced property safety.

Debris removal is often included in the overall cost of having a tree removed from your property. However, tree maintenance service companies do not always include debris removal in their pricing, so ask any contractors offering tree trimming cost estimates whether or not removal is included. If you want to keep the wood mulch, ask if they charge extra for it as well.

The best way to clean an overgrown yard is to create a multi-stage game plan, from clearing out the debris to cleaning up the edges around hardscaping and landscape curbing. Get rid of yard debris like worn furniture and broken tools first, then start trimming and raking what’s left. Mow the grass, trim the hedges, and rake leaves away. Once that’s complete, move on to more detailed work, like pulling weeds and replanting gardens.

In general, expect to mulch your leaves about once or twice every fall. You want there to be a decent amount of leaves on the ground, but not too much where it’s difficult for the mower to cut through.

Water regularly, avoid heavy foot traffic, and clear debris promptly to support lawn health.
