"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had four 72 inch wide sliding glass windows that did not close properly and were very drafty. I wanted to replace them with double hung windows. After reviewing window companies on Angies list, I contacted Windows Direct. Frankie Carey came out to our home on Jan. 2, 2018 to provide a free estimate. He measured the windows I needed to replace and gave me several replacement options. He was not pushing any particular window, just explained the difference in quality and price. His visit was very quick and I liked the fact that he did not intend to take a long time trying to talk us into purchasing anything at all. I decided to go with a triple pane window. I paid half of the $4600 to schedule installation which would be 6 - 10 weeks away. I was contacted in early Feb. to schedule a day for installation. Chris Brown came out on 2-13-18 to do the install. He and his helper finished the install by the end of the day and I paid him the balance due. The windows look and operate much better than the replacement windows put in 19 years ago. Chris was very respectful taking his shoes off every time he entered our home even though I told him it was not necessary. My wife noticed two of the screens had a tear in them. I pointed them out to Chris. Someone came out in a few days and repaired the screens in just a few minutes. Everyone I had contact with at Windows Direct were pleasant to deal with."

"Very well -- I had been told by another contractor the gutter segments at the point of repair couldn't be replaced and would need entirely new gutters around the house. Jeff Tucker was able to repair what I had. He was responsive, courteous, and did good work (as near as I can tell -- I'm not a contractor)."

"I was highly impressed with Dadstasks. I spoke with the owner, Darryl to get an estimate on an exterior paint job of my home. He was very prompt in getting back to me with an estimate along with a time when he and his crew could begin work. He was fortunately, able to get to my job 2 weeks earlier than expected due to a client cancellation. He and his crew were very professional. They spent the 1st day doing prep work - pressure washing, caulking, and scraping loose paint. They then spent the next few days doing the paint job. They were very detailed and Daryl was even able to accommodate a few miscellaneous repair items that I requested on the exterior to go along with the painting. He was even able to accommodate one that we hadn't discussed previously in the original estimate. Furthermore, the crew did an outstanding job cleaning up, cleaning out the gutters and surrounding area of any debris and paint chips following the painting. They even went so so far as wiping down the windows and doors to make sure they didn't leave any dirt, paint, etc, behind. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of the job and would highly recommend Dadstasks. I will be using them again in the future should I need any major work done on my home."

"In general did a good job.  Showed up on time and got started promptly.  Cleaned up well after themselves.  Fast and efficient.  Only negatives were one small window & storm that was overlooked.  They also had a problem with one of our curtain rods that required some DIY repair on my part.  Not clear whether it was actually a rod failure or if a part was broken due to inexperience on worker's part, but am willing to give them benefit of the doubt since the rest of the job/experience went well.
Price seemed pretty competitive and they squeezed me into their schedule just prior to Thanksgiving holiday..  Would hire again.
