We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! Thank you TNC for our brand new floor! We love it!

After speaking with multiple contractors, it was an easy decision to go with Top Notch Construction. Troy provided a competitive and easy to follow bid, and he always responded quickly when we had questions. Troy and his crew did quality work, and they were very accommodating to the multiple changes we requested throughout the project. When they were finished, we had a huge remodeled laundry/mudroom, a great looking office, and a freshly painted main floor. Troy and his team were always respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. I interviewed and got bids from many contractors before deciding to go with Top Notch Construction for my kitchen remodeling project. I must say, I definitely made the best choice possible. Troy and his crew were very tidy, accommodating to our many requests, and an overall pleasure to work with. The job was completed in less than 2 weeks – which was a miracle in and of itself considering our kitchen was completely gutted and we even decided to move/rebuilt a built-in wall pantry and add a pass through “window”/counter into the dining room all on the fly! There were some minor “hiccups” along the way, which can be expected with a 40 year old house, but Troy rose to the challenge and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I absolutely LOVE my new dream kitchen, and I have received many compliments – I couldn’t be more pleased! I plan to use Top Notch Construction for all our future home improvement projects.

My front porch had the railings replaced and the floor was also stripped and repainted. He also painted the entire porch along with the dormers and installed a new light. There was also a wall in the garage in which part was removed and the electric was moved to both ends. I would highly recommend their services and will contact them first before anyone else.

Installer was on time and punctual daily. He was polite and listened/answered all my questions. He cleaned up after himself. The installation was 100% flawless even though the walls were not completely square and plum.
