"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The installation was about a month after the original planned date, reportedly due to bas weather. Once they started it went as expected. Everyone was friendly efficient and professional.

3eHowever a couple of months after it was complete. we began to get a leak. After the original call to C and D. we were promised they would come out the following week - the leak was only a drip at that time, No one showed or called the following week. We called again after not hearing, by this time the leak was much larger and more than a drip and in more than just one place. They Promised again someone would show that week but again no show and no call. This happened again each of the two weeks and by this time furniture and electronics had been affected. Called a couple of individuals and tried to escalate the issue with the company, and after a couple more weeks, finally a tech came out. Once on site the cause of the leak (workmanship) was identified, fixed correctly and we have not had any other problems.

Their knowledge of the product they used seemed quite limited as trying to get an answer on whether or not a wood or pellet stove could be installed throu the ceiling or wall and the method was answered only with they did not know but were aware some customers had done it.
